It’s hard to believe, but in less than two months I will be speaking at the Out Of Chicago Summer Photography Conference and I haven’t yet posted about this event on the blog!
Out Of Chicago is an amazing opportunity to meet some great photographers, to listen to their talks, and to do photowalks with them. Aside from myself, you will be able to attend talks and workshops by Valérie Jardin, Rick Sammon, Bill Fortney, Steve Simon, James Maher, Levi Sim, Derrick Story, Joshua Cripps, Marie Laigneau, Giulio Sciorio, Michael Muraz, Ian Plant, and many others.
This is also an intimate, boutique-style event that gives everyone a chance to connect directly with the speakers.
I will personally be giving two talks:
- Marketing for Photographers in the Digital Age
- Going Beyond the Cliché
In addition, I will be leading a photowalk where you I will teach you to overcome your fears of photographing strangers in the street and moderating a panel discussion on landscape photography, with Bill Fortney, Joshua Cripps, and Ian Plant. Just the idea of being on stage with those luminaries is enough to send shivers down my spine!
The best thing about Out Of Chicago is that attending the conference comes at a very low price, but by reading this, you have the opportunity to benefit from an extra $100 discount.
If you register soon, while there are still seats available, you can attend the whole conference for only $249, by using the discount code CEI100.
I hope to see you in Chicago this Summer, from June 23rd to the 25th.
