The sun was rising across the San Francisco Bay and its rays traveled all the way along Greenwich St., lighting up the cable car the moment it passed the intersection with Hyde St.
If there is one thing that I appreciate, when traveling west, is being able to be up before dawn with no effort. If it weren’t for jet-lag, I might have never taken this photo.
